ORDERS FROM OUR STORE ship to the US only at this time. Any duties, taxes or fees are also the responsibility of the customer. Orders will be fulfilled within 5-7 business days with in-stock items. Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery in the USA. To claim a lost package, please allow 20 calendar days for domestic shipments, or 40 calendar days for international shipments. Claims for missing items or packages must be submitted within 60 days of the shipment delivery date.
Soaps, beard care, shampoo, and more can take 7-10 days to ship. We produce our items in small batches to ensure quality. If you need a product quicker please contact us to see if the product you want is readily available.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PLANS : CURRENTLY SUSPENDED ship to the US at this time. Shipping and taxes are included in our USA monthly membership. Monthly Member orders will generally ship within 10 business days after the initial order and will recur monthly. Once shipped, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery in the USA.
EVERY SHIPMENT AFTER YOUR FIRST will ship out no later than the 15th of every month unless the 15th falls on a Sunday.
AT THIS TIME WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING BOX RETURNS OR OFFERING PRODUCT EXCHANGES FOR OUR MEMEBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION BOX.
All memberships that are paid in full at the time of checkout are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. If you have received a damaged item however we will do everything we can to remedy the situation. Send us a message and we will replace the item at no charge.

If your order arrives damaged from shipping, TRUNK of MAN is not responsible. If your order has a defect please contact us at email@example.com. All returns and/or refunds MUST BE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE SHIPPING DATE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We issue store credit only. No refunds will be given since ALL products are small batch made including the apparel. Any return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.
